Clear the existing bills in the plot/land or bills on any other existing contracts with MAWASCO. Get a new application form and fill in details Attach a Photocopy of the applicant’s ID and KRA PIN. In the case of a company attach certified copies of KRA PIN and Certificate of Incorporation. Attach Copy of Lease Agreement /Tenancy Agreement/ Title Deed/County government license. Forward the form plus other attachments to our customer care desk and you will be advised accordingly

Give a 24 hour notice of your intention to vacate
Pay kshs 200.00 for cut off at owners’ request
Water disconnected and final bill produced
Pay final bill and receive clearance certificate
Fill deposit refund form

Immediately you receive your bill, check on your consumption. Confirm immediately from the meter what the current reading is and contact our customer care center if there is a discrepancy.
